Ronda Ching Day works at Brokerage The Agency Realty in Hawaii, which has five offices on the island of Oahu. The support from Hawaii’s largest residential brokerage and the market knowledge shared amongst its approximately 700 real estate agents help Ronda to know what is currently happening in specific neighborhoods.
Ronda’s experiences in mortgage banking, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as market research and confidentiality, help clients achieve successful property transactions at top dollar. She specializes in advising clients on making small improvements or renovations for both residential and commercial properties to increase equity significantly. Her colleagues and clients know that she has increased the value of a client’s home significantly, most often the highest price $/sq. ft. in a complex or neighborhood if the owner has followed her renovation and staging advice.
Ronda is honored to be in the top 3% of Brokerage The Agency nationwide and is recognized as an International President’s Elite member. Ronda’s market knowledge, skills, and hands-on service have consistently placed her among the top real estate professionals. Clients and colleagues have sought her out to work on complicated transactions, including short sales negotiations and loan workouts. She was awarded multiple times by the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® with the Aloha Aina People’s Choice Award. This award is given to a select few members each year for their exceptional level of service.
